It looks like Britney Spears is doing well and is back to her normal self. This past Saturday night she made an appearance at a child autism benefit called Generation Rescue that was started by Jennifer McCarthy and Jim Carrey. Onlookers at the event said that Britney looked happy and in good spirits. Its good to see her back to normal and looking happy again!
